Brighten up your landscape! This dense, multi-stemmed, evergreen shrub will add not only color, but texture to your landscape. Leatherleaf Viburnum features an abundance of showy creamy-white flowers decorating the ends of the branches. From late summer to late winter, the flowers give way to showy, dark red clusters of fruit that mature to black. The dark green, leather-like foliage has a thick, wrinkly texture that keeps its color throughout the season. Considered evergreen, but loses its leaves in late fall in northern climates. A mature shrub can grow approximately 10' in height with equal spread. Although adaptable to a variety of conditions, Leatherleaf Viburnum does best in rich, moist, well-drained soil receiving full to partial sun. Hardiness Zones: 5-9
