Description

Ground cover is great for use under plantings in shrub borders and beds, in wet or dry locations, which makes it ideal for greenhouse and nursery usage instead of gravel. This weed barrier prevents weeds from growing by blocking sunlight from penetrating soil while allowing air and water through to nourish plants.

To install properly, stake down your chosen fabric in desired area, then cover with 3 inches of mulch, rocks or desired covering. This stuff works great and will last for years!

This ground cover is wonderful. Our weed pulling in the garden has been minimal. We flood irrigate and this has helped us so much with keeping the weeds down. The only weeds I have had to pull is where seeds didn't start. Great for any garden type or size.

For gardening, this is the best stuff invented since Sliced Bread! If you don’t have it, you like weeding a lot more than I do. Do yourself a favor and put this incredible fabric in your garden!!

I have used many variations of ground cover, but this polypropylene is the very best. I have used several rolls and plan to use a lot more of it in the near future.

This will change your life

I moved to Georgia into a home with a very large yard just before the pandemic started, and began a "YouTube" garden: everything I learned came from YouTube. My first garden was based on the Charles Dowding method of no-till, little weeding and I grew a wonderfully productive garden but I was weeding for hours every day. About 4 hours a day just to barely keep up with the weeds. I finally gave up weeding mid-July because I was overwhelmed. The Living Traditions Homestead folks (On YouTube) had the same dilemna and recommended this ground cover. I used it when I did my winter garden. What a change! Now I weed about 3 minutes a day and sweep my garden once a month to clear off the pine needles from my Georgia pines. I love, love, love this product: it has changed my gardening completely and I get wonderful, fresh organic veggies with about 20 minutes of weeding a week. If you are thinking about it, give it a try, it is one of those rare products that far exceeds expectations.

This stuff is the best I have ever used. Hoping it will last several years. It is not anything like the landscape fabric you buy at your local store. It is woven polypropylene.

We are using it for the first time. It was easy to layout and staple down. Hubby used a propane torch for the holes to plant our seeds and plants. Previous years he used the plastic from Walmart, he said that this is so much better.

We put this in our garden this year, and so far it works like it should. We did notice that fire ants can make a home under it... they go in and out of the overlap at the edges, but it's great for keeping weeds/grass non-existant.
