I bought this mat 6 years ago and it still works like brand new. Not just for starting seeds either. It works great for rising homemade breads in winter, and holds steady heat for making homemade yogurts, and whole-milk cream cheeses. Has started countless tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, and herbs each and every year.
