Designed to breathe, it allows cooling breezes to flow through, significantly reducing temperatures beneath. Coolaroo’s knitted construction prevents tearing and fraying and the special Coolaroo process ensures colours remain vivid for years. Coolaroo Extra Heavy (84 - 90%) UV Protection: Provides high protection for people. Was the first knitted outdoor fabric produced to protect people against the ever increasing dangers of skin cancer from the sun’s harmful UV rays. High tech and tape yarn: Domestic knitted fabric is manufactured from a high tech fibre which is UV stabilised to maintain flexibility and strength while exposed to long periods in the sun. Knitted lock stitch construction: Unique lock stitch construction combines Monofilament and tape to produce a dimensionally stable fabric that will not tear or fray if cut. The fabric keeps you cool: Coolaroo fabric has the ability to breathe..to allow air to pass through the fabric.
