Product Description

The Whistle Gourd offers a dryer living experience for the nesting Purple Martins. S&K's Whistle Gourd has a cascading entry, allowing water to drain, so it never reaches the nest. Additionally, flow-through ventilation is provided by the hot air vent at the back of the gourd. It has the following entrance choices: round, SREH, and a 4-inch Clean-out/inspection hole for easy access. The male and female have room enough to sit side by side.

The manufacturer recommends that the Whistle Gourd be mounted directly to the block. Block can be used with the Ez lift pole. If you want to use the Fountain Rack, you can mount up to 4 Whistle Gourds on an Ez lift pole without needing a winch.
