How do you ship our purchase?
All orders are shipped by best and most economical way. We use UPS mainly but United States Postal Service (USPS) is also used to ship to home & business destinations served by USPS outside of the contiguous United States. We have found these to be our best bets on shipping small items. We ship all packages to physical addresses, PO Boxes, APO / FPO’s and other International destinations served by the USPS.

What if it has to be shipped by a freight truck?
If your items need to be shipped via Common Carrier then we get the best rate possible.   If we feel that it is higher than the average we will call and get your approval before we ship.  We reserve the right to use alternate ship methods at equal or less cost, if the cost is less we will credit your account.

What if I need to return a product ?
Please call us with your returns...  You will be responsible for shipping back to us and you will be subject to a 25% restocking charge...
