How to Use our Row Covers
Prepare your garden row or seed be area or transplant you plants. Lay the cover either directly on the ground or drape over hoop. We recomend using
our wire hoops that you can cut to size, especially for larger plants such as peppers, tomatoes or more mature plants. If you lay it directly on the soil, do not stetch the material tight. Leave some slack in the center to allow for expansion as the plants develop. As the plants grow they will puch the cover up. Mounds of soil over the edges of the cover will keep the cover in place or fold the edges under 3" and insert our Sod Stakes through the fabric and into the ground.

Signs of Overheating
As the season progresses your plants can over heat. You will need to periodically check for signs of overheating. Such as yellowing leaves, growth slows down, wilting or curling leaves, flower are too small or do not appear at all, and fruiting does not occur. It these symptoms occur, remove the cover and/or which to a lighter one.
Pollination
Crops such as peas, strawberries, bean, pumpkins, and squash require pollination to produce a harvest. At blossom time, remove or temporarily lift row covers from the beds to allow bees to do their Work.
